About The In-Person Workshop
Join Penn State Extension at Valley Milkhouse for an evening of camaraderie and learning with women in dairy. Tour the creamery with owner Stefanie Angstadt and enjoy a guided cheese tasting while exploring the story behind Valley Milkhouse—from its beginnings to where it is today. Participants will also learn about the cheesemaking process and how different variables influence the flavor, texture, and style of artisan cheeses.
