About the In-Person Conference
Hosted by the Penn State Extension Dairy Team and planned by a committee of dedicated dairy producers and industry leaders, the Women in Dairy Conference is a wonderful learning and networking opportunity for all women in the dairy industry.
Dairy industry experts will share insights on dairy opportunities, protecting your farm's information, human resources, and more at this biannual in-person conference!
This event, with a 20-year history, hosts over 100 women leaders in the dairy industry from Pennsylvania and surrounding states. For 2024, we will feature two producer speakers for the keynote and endnote, providing insights into both our past and future in the dairy industry. We have several outstanding breakout sessions planned for the day. These sessions will focus on topics such as socially raised calves, data security, human resources, and exploring financial resources and opportunities for your dairy.
