About The Live Webinar
Alzheimer's and other dementias cause changes in memory, thinking, and behavior that can interfere with daily life and make caregiving challenging. In partnership with the Alzheimer's Association, Penn State Extension presents "The Empowered Caregiver: Exploring Care and Support Services," an evidence-based community education program designed to support those caring for individuals with dementia. This session focuses on preparing for future care decisions and navigating changes over time, including respite care, residential care, and end-of-life care. Participants will gain practical information, tools, and guidance to make informed decisions and access appropriate support services with confidence.

Registration is required to receive the link to access the webinar.
A link to the recorded webinar will be emailed to registrants within ten business days after the live event. The recording will be accessible for six months from the event date.
