Strategies for Success at Rural Farmers Markets is part of a workshop series hosted by Penn State Extension in partnership with The Food Trust and made possible by a grant from the USDA’s Farmers Market Promotion Program (FMPP).

This workshop will cover pricing strategies and resources for farmers, techniques for how to best connect with your customers, and an introduction to tools available to establish or grow your online presence through Small Farm Central/Harvie. You will hear from fellow growers about strategies and best practices for success when it comes to selling at rural farmers markets, and leave with tools, resources, and connections to help your farm business move forward.

This workshop is free of charge, and dinner will be provided.

Growers (new/beginning and established), market managers, and anyone else interested in learning about pricing and marketing at rural farmers markets.
