    About Me

    Stacy is an educator at Penn State Extension Lancaster County. She holds a bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition Science and a master's degree in Food Science from The Pennsylvania State University. Her focus is on providing health and wellness and food safety educational technical support, outreach and programming.

    She oversees StrongWomen and teaches Dining with Diabetes for Lancaster County. Her food safety coverage includes retail and consumer food safety programs. Stacy is a certified ServSafe instructor and proctor and also teaches Cooking for Crowds: A Volunteers Guide to Safe Food Handling. She is also trained in Home Food Preservation.
