About The In-Person Workshop
Join the Penn State Master Gardeners for a day of home gardening workshops featuring keynote speaker John Levitsky, Watershed Specialist of the Luzerne Conservation District, who will discuss gardening with stormwater in mind. Choose from breakout sessions on gardening for birds, indoor plants, woody plants, insect friends and foes, and adapting to climate change. Visit a tree planting demonstration and consult with Master Gardeners to enhance your gardening knowledge.

Participants of this half-day workshop can shop the plant sale and enjoy complimentary coffee and light refreshments throughout the event.
