About the Live Webinar

Calling all attorneys and energy professionals! Get ready for the fifth annual Penn State Solar Law Symposium, co-sponsored by Penn State Extension, Penn State's Center for Energy Law and Policy, and the Penn State Center for Agricultural and Shale Law. Tailored for those with beginning and intermediate levels of solar law knowledge, this year's event will explore timely topics including large-scale solar development, PJM's role in utility-scale solar and the wholesale electricity market, solar leasing, local ordinances, stormwater impacts, tax implications, and property values—plus, for the first time, an ethics session based on participant feedback. Attendees can earn up to six Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits (five substantive, one ethics) and will also receive access to the webinar recording.
