Rozalia Horvath is an Extension Educator based in Centre County, PA, in the Food, Families, and Communities unit. The community-based educational programs she delivers relate to Type 2 diabetes, cooking, healthy lifestyle, cancer prevention, financial literacy, Alzheimer's disease, and the Relatives as Parents Program (RAPP). Rozi has dual certification as an Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor and QPR trainer. She also supervises volunteers who instruct strength-training programs for adults and assist with nutrition workshops. She holds M.A. degrees in Cultural and Educational Program Management from Hungary and Life Span Human Development with an emphasis in Gerontology from Kansas State University.
