About Me

Robin is a Food, Families and Health Extension Educator based in Cameron County and serving North Central Pennsylvania. She holds a bachelor of Nursing degree from Villa Maria College and a master of Home Economics Education degree from Mansfield University.

Robin has twenty years of experience providing extension programming on a wide range of issues impacting families such as, financial management, parenting and childcare, and home food preservation. Currently she supervises four Nutrition Education Advisers providing research-based nutrition education to income-eligible audiences in Cambria, Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean and Potter counties through the federally funded EFNEP (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program). The educational programs help individuals, families, and youth with limited resources enhance their nutrition, increase their physical activity and develop life skills needed for self-sufficiency and better health. She is responsible for developing community partnerships, maintaining program integrity, and fiscal management of local program funds.

In addition to EFNEP supervision, Robin manages 10 volunteer-led StrongWomen strength training classes in Clearfield, Elk, Forest, Jefferson, and McKean counties and teaches the Dining with Diabetes series for folks with type 2 Diabetes.
