About The Live Webinar

Providing excellent customer service is key to creating loyal customers and boosting market sales. In this webinar, participants will explore the Customer Service module from Penn State Extension's Retail Farm Market School course. The session highlights how knowledgeable, courteous, and professional staff can create a welcoming market experience that keeps customers coming back. Participants will also gain insight into best practices from the broader course, including food preparation and handling, merchandising and market signs, and efficient ordering and receiving.
