Pruners in hand, but still nervous about approaching your overgrown plant? Join us for the hands-on Pruning Made Easy! Ornamental Tree & Shrub Pruning Workshop to feel comfortable pruning your own trees and shrubs, or to instructing someone else. Presented by the Master Gardeners of Mercer County.

To Be Covered

  • How to choose the right tools for the job.
  • When to prune and why.
  • What to remove/what to keep.
  • How to cut both small and large branches.
  • What NOT to do.
  • How to stay safe!
  • Note: We will not cover fruit trees.

Attire

This is an outdoor class, participants are asked to dress for the weather. We will meet rain or shine!
