Tara Homan
The College of Agricultural Sciences recognizes levels of achievement of its employees with annual awards. Dean Troy Ott presented the "Spirit" Award to Tara Homan in commemoration of her outstanding service to RULE, Penn State Extension, College of Agricultural Sciences. The "Spirit" Award is an amalgam of character, vitality, and motivation matched with earnest warmth. It is a rare quality to exude vigor and courage. Tara's daily demonstration of her "spirit" is set alight not only in her job with RULE, but in each act of volunteerism she champions.
