RULE, Pennsylvania's transformative leadership development program, fosters professional and personal leadership development.
RULE scholars will learn strategies for leading their organizations and communities in positive directions. Every skill learned can have an application. The RULE Program strives to build better active listeners, speakers, and team members with enhanced public speaking skills. RULE helps Scholar-Leaders to set goals and structure accountability measures. RULE examines the process of relationship building with organizational, local, state, and federal government officials. A major result of orchestrated skills building is the enhancement of self-confidence, which increases the capacity for organizational and community impact. RULE is a program of Penn State Extension, Penn State University.
