The State Conservation Commission (SCC or Commission) is pleased to announce the hiring of Elliot Heggenstaller as their new Conservation Program Specialist.
Elliot comes to the Commission with Ag and Environmental experience, growing up on a farm, working for DEP and DCNR, and working with conservation districts. These experiences have equipped him well to move into this important position.
Elliot will serve many roles but will primarily serve as the SCC's Regional Nutrient Management Coordinator for the SCC's Central Region. Elliot will also assist with the Odor Management Program, as well as various other SCC programs.
