The Penn State Master Gardeners of Susquehanna County have been invited to speak at several Montrose Area Adult School’s Spring Session classes! Local Master Gardeners will be educating and demonstrating a wide variety of horticultural programs at 12 different sessions county-wide from Feb to July!

The 2015 Penn State Master Gardener trainees in partnership with the Susquehanna County Conservation District’s Robert Fearnley and six 11th grade Montrose Area School students completed an extensive educational rain garden at the entrance to the school. The rain garden was made possible through a grant from the Susquehanna County Conservation District and many hours of planning and hard work!
