The Vegetable and Herb Garden
The Vegetable and Herb Garden was started in 2005 and was the first garden at the Southeast Agricultural and Research Center. It has evolved through the years and in 2026 the garden highlights plants that were used during the colonial period.
Since most vegetables are grown as annuals in our area, this garden looks a little different every year.
