This garden serves as a resource for community gardeners, a source of fresh produce for a local food pantry, and an educational vehicle for Master Gardener and Master Watershed Steward community events.

Description of the garden: This community garden contains twenty-four 6’ x 12’ raised beds. All but one is rented out to residents. Master Gardeners of Bucks County use one of the raised bed gardens for educational purposes and to grow vegetables. All produce is donated to St. Isidore’s Food Pantry.

Future plans for this unique garden site include installing additional beds and fencing to help deter deer and implementing the Square Foot Garden method, first introduced on a PBS television program.
