Every other year, the Penn State Master Gardeners in Beaver County host a tour of select demonstration gardens. Master Gardener volunteers work hard year after year to maintain nine gardens throughout the county, and we utilize the tour to highlight this work for the public and provide accompanying educational resources about the best practices each garden demonstrates.
To celebrate America250, the 2026 tour is themed "Gardening Since the Revolution" and showcases our historic gardens and history involved with vegetable gardening. We are grateful that this event is sponsored by America250PA Beaver County.

Master Gardeners maintain gardens at nine locations in Beaver County:
- Beaver Station Cultural & Events Center
- Brady's Run Park Entrance
- Old Economy Village
- Route 18 & Old Broadhead Rd. Traffic Islands
- Sahli Nature Park
- Vegetable, Herb, & Fruit Garden at the Senior Gardens
- Vicary Mansion
- Wildflower Reserve at Raccoon Creek State Park
