This course was developed in collaboration with Healthy Eating Research (HER), a national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The effective practices highlighted in this course are based on evidence-based recommendations for promoting food acceptance and healthy appetites and weight among children ages 2 to 8. This course was developed to provide early childhood educators with practical strategies and tips to promote healthy eating habits in the early childhood education (ECE) setting. (2 hours)
