Penn State Extension's Military Youth Program provides support for all military children.

Penn State Extension, in collaboration with state partners, establishes programs to support and empower today's military youth and strives towards increasing community awareness of issues, both physical and emotional, that these youth face. State and regional teams continuously strategize ways to help these youth cope with such issues both at home and in the community.

Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve families came together for a 3 day, 2 night residential family camp at YMCA Camp Soles located in the beautiful Laurel Highlands.

Everyone needs a break from the pressures and distractions of daily life, a time for refreshment and rejuvenation. Penn State Military Youth Program and Easter Seals of Western and Central PA joined forces for the third year in a row to bring Camp Military Kid Strong to 100 military youth. Military youth in various phases of the deployment cycle joined us for a 6 night, 7 day residential camp held at Camp Hebron in Dauphin County.
