State Leadership Conference, Junior

SLC Junior is an introduction to leadership for our up-and-coming leaders!  It is a precursor to the larger leadership conference event for teens.  The day-long workshop lineup offers instruction on foundational leadership skills to prepare younger members to take on more roles as they continue to grow in 4-H.

Hands-on workshops are led by teen 4-H members who are serving on State Council. 

The event is held in the State College area in the fall. 

Eligibility: 4-H age 10-13 (as of January 1), actively enrolled in the Pennsylvania 4-H program
