Pennsylvania 4-H'er Ronak Suchindra recently had an exciting opportunity to represent 4-H at the Microsoft Innovation Center.

Co-hosted with the National 4-H Council, the event — "Beyond Ready with 4-H: Building a Resilient, Adaptable Workforce for America's AI Future" — brought together leading experts to explore findings from 4-H's latest national research on youth perspectives on AI, highlighting how families, companies, and policymakers can work together to foster digital safety, resilience, AI skills, and opportunities for the next generation.
Suchindra spoke on a panel with Mary Snapp, VP of Strategic Initiatives, Jill Bramble, CEO of National 4-H Council, and Dr. Martha Bernadett, CEO of Molina Foundation. Suchindra shared his perspective as a student and young leader, reflecting on his journey from founding Kids Connect to using AI tools like Copilot to build personal solutions, and emphasized his passion for democratizing access to AI so more young people can explore its potential.
