Clover Bear welcomes you to APD!

Pennsylvania 4-H welcomes you to the 2017 Ag Progress Days show--the largest of its kind on the east coast. The event will be held August 15-17.

We will once again be responsible for staffing the entire Family & Youth Building--this includes educators / volunteers / families helping with the 4-H Science activity, but we are also seeking enthusiastic clubs or individuals to showcase their projects or provide an educational activity.  In the past we've welcomed:

  • Ryan Bridge "The Bug Man"
  • PA Dairy Promotions
  • Robotics
  • Rabbit & Cavy
  • Community clubs
  • Sheep to Shawl
  • and more!

Ways to Get Involved

  1. Send Jeanette (jmb6036@psu.edu) potential 4-H clubs that would be willing to showcase their projects in the Family & Youth Building for one through all three days by May 31
  2. Watch for announcements via email listserve or social media to sign up for shifts to work in the 4-H Science Booth
  3. Sign up teams for our Ag Olympics event (see below)

Lodging will be provided for those working 2 consecutive shifts in the Family & Youth Building.
