Online enrollment and reenrollment is available to new and returning Pennsylvania 4-H families through 4HOnline. Club leaders may also be granted access into their club members' 4HOnline enrollment data.

Penn State Extension's 4-H Youth Development program and RegistrationMax, LLC work closely to monitor and ensure the highest level of protection for information stored in 4HOnline. Neither Pennsylvania 4-H nor RegistrationMax, LLC will share or sell any personal information to third party vendors without your knowledge or permission. Detailed instructions on how to use 4HOnline are outlined in this user guide.

This guide contains 4HOnline instructions for club leaders. Note: Before you can access your club's information in 4HOnline, you must have an active enrollment record for the current program year and you must be designated as a club leader. Your county 4-H educator will grant your access to your club and provide you with the club password.

4-H volunteers who serve as club leaders may be granted access to manage a 4-H club in 4HOnline. This video is to provide an overview of how 4HOnline can be a useful tool for volunteers to efficiently view their club member information and communicate with their club members.
