Northampton County 4-H Livestock Round Ups and Sale 2025

In August, Northampton County 4-H youth exhibited their livestock animals at the Blue Valley Farm Show and participated in the Blue Valley Farm Show Youth Livestock Sale on Saturday, August 16. Round Ups shows are the culminating shows for youth learning about their livestock projects. All of the Northampton County 4-H Livestock Round Ups occur at the Blue Valley Farm Show. Youth spend months to even years learning about their animals in preparation for these shows.  During the showmanship portion of these shows, youth are evaluated on how they present their animals. Youth are judged on the animal's presentation and appearance, as well as their own. All members exhibited their animals brilliantly and learned many new things as well.

Poultry Round Up

• Champion Backyard was Aiden S., Reserve Champion was Rosalie S.
• Best in Show Bird was Aiden S. with his White Silkie.

Dairy Show

• Champion Showman was Mikayla B., Reserve Champion was Grace R.
• Supreme Champion went to Ava K. and Reserve went to Grace R.

Dairy Goat Show

• Champion Showman was Aiden S.
• Supreme Champion went to Carmen S. with her Nigerian and Reserve Champion was Tessa B. with her Alpine.

Market and Breeding Sheep Show

• Champion Showman was Raelyn K. and Reserve Champion was Mikayla B.
• Champion Breeding Sheep went to Jacob K. and Reserve Champion was Alex K.
• Champion Market Lamb went to Raelyn K. and Reserve Champion also went to Raelyn K.
• Champion Bred and Owned went to Alex K. and Reserve Champion went to Jacob K.
• Champion Pair went to Raelyn K. and Reserve Champion went to Riley K.

Market and Breeding Goat Show

Dairy Beef Show

• Overall Champion Rabbit went to Kassidy F. with her Mini Rex. The Reserve Champion went to Levi L.
