Are you ready for some summer fun? Our 4-H summer camps have something for everyone!

4-H Youth Horse Camp

  • June 18–June 22, 2018 9:00AM–3:00PM
  • 4-H Horse Club members $250.00
  • 4-H non-Horse Club members $275.00
  • Non-4-H members $300.00

A week-long, full-day horse camp open to youth ages 8–18 as of January 1, 2018. No prior riding experience? No problem! Campers will spend at least 1 ½ - 2 hours riding each day in addition to hands-on learning, crafts, demos, games, and more!

4-H Youth Chef Camp

  • Session 1: June 18–21, 2018 9:00AM–3:00PM
  • Session 2: June 25–28, 2018 9:00AM–3:00PM
  • $140.00 per person
  • Open to youth ages 8–13 as of January 1, 2018

Have fun cooking and eating! We will be preparing delicious and nutritious lunches and a variety of snacks. Delectable dishes, cool concoctions and fun foods will highlight the menu. Kitchen safety and proper food handling techniques will also be taught.

 4-H Youth Archery Camp

4-H Animal Science Camp provides a great opportunity to learn about different animals, the care they need, and to get some hands-on experience!

4-H Veterinary Science Camp

  • July 17–July 19, 2018 5:30PM–8:30PM
  • $75.00 per person
  • Open to youth ages 14–18 as of January 1, 2018

Get a successful start on your journey to vet school acceptance! Topics covered will include resume and cover letter writing, the steps of the vet school application, financial aid possibilities, and how to gain unique experiences now that will make you stand out later as well as basic veterinary skills such as physical exams, medication injections, blood draws, and body condition scoring.

4-H Garden Explorers Camp

  • July 17–July 19, 2018 9:30AM–2:30PM
  • $75.00 per person
  • Open to youth 6–12 years of age as of January 1, 2018

Spend an active couple of days exploring, digging, planting, and harvesting your way through the garden! Explore each step needed to grow a healthy plant, and learn how soil composition, water and sun play an important role in the health of our garden!

4-H Cloverbud Camp

  • July 23–July 26, 2018 9:30AM–12:00PM
  • $75.00 per person
  • Open to youth ages 5–8 as of January 1, 2018

This half-day camp will introduce our younger participants to some of the 4-H animal clubs, such as horse and livestock. Additional activities will focus on science, nature, animals, the environment, food, fitness, and health-based 4-H guidelines. Please wear comfortable clothes with closed-toe shoes, sneakers preferred. Snacks will be provided.
