We would like to thank the Elk County Council on the Arts for their support this summer! The 4-H Summer Programs in Elk and Cameron County were awarded grant money through ECCOTA and Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA) to help support the costs of summer programs. Stop into the ECCOTA gallery when you are in Ridgway and say THANK YOU!
