What is the purpose of the 4-H Council?

  • Work with the 4-H members and clubs to pormote participation in county, regional, state and national programs
  • Present informational programs about 4-H to other youth, community organizations, and the general public.
  • Plan and conduct various county 4-H programs and activities to enrich the club program and develop leadership skills in 4-H teens.

4-H Council members will visit your group or 4-H Club to:

  • Speak about Crawford County 4-H
  • Tell about the 4-H Council
  • Help members learn to make 4-H demonstrations and speeches
  • Assist officers in their duties
  • Conduct recreational games and activities
