About The In-Person Workshop
Gain the knowledge and practical skills needed to better understand and manage your pond in this hands-on workshop. Through classroom instruction and guided field walks, explore how ponds function while learning about water quality, aquatic plants, wildlife, pond construction, leak prevention, permitting, and long-term maintenance. Participants will also have the opportunity to bring a pond water sample for on-site testing of general water quality parameters. Leave with the confidence to assess pond conditions, identify potential issues, and make informed decisions that support a healthy, well-managed pond.
