Phil has experience as a 4-H Educator in Westmoreland and Lawrence Counties. Previously he spent 11 years as the Youth Program Management Coordinator organizing state-wide 4-H events and publications. He and his wife are currently 4-H volunteer leaders in Huntingdon County where their three children are 4-H members.
