About the Blended Workshop
Learn essential skills in sheep shearing and care during this hands-on workshop. Participants will explore professional shearing patterns; equipment setup, maintenance, and repair; and wool handling and preparation. Basic sheep care will also be covered, providing a comprehensive introduction for beginners and a refresher for experienced handlers.Â
May 2 is an optional day for registered participants to gain additional shearing practice. Experienced shearers or those wishing to attend only this half-day session are welcome; the event fee remains the same.
Please Note: Closed-toed shoes and long pants are required for this event.
