The 2018 workshop was held October 31 through November 1 at the Red Lion in Harrisburg, Pa. The 534 attendees came from 32 different U.S. states and 6 foreign countries.

The 2017 Penn State Dairy Nutrition Workshop was held November 15-16 at the Holiday Inn in Grantville, Pa., with a record 630 people attending from 33 U.S. states and 12 foreign countries. Proceedings are available at this link.
