Check out how to use the free classifieds resource to post ads, buy, and sell wine and grape related goods regionally.

Due to frost and winter damage experienced in the Northeastern U.S., many wineries and vineyards regionally are looking to purchase grapes from this upcoming growing season. With frost damage affecting large areas, finding a source for grapes may not be as simple as in years past, as buyers must look farther away in some cases. To better facilitate these grape buying transactions, I wanted to share two resources for growers to post grapes and juice available for sale, as well as buyers to post "in search of" ads. You can view the site without creating an account and see what others have posted ads for. Please check it out and see what the industry is selling and looking to purchase, you may find an opportunity!

The Northeast Grape and Wine Classifieds is a website administered by the Lake Erie Regional Grape Program for grape growers, winery owners, and other industry professionals to post and view ads for industry-specific items and jobs. The site is run like a classifieds page in a paper, but you can publish an ad at no cost. Items often posted include Bulk Juice/Wine, Equipment, Grapes, Help Wanted, Services, Vines, and Vineyards. Both ads selling and ads looking for items are allowed.

Another classifieds site is offered by WineBusiness.com and is called Wine Business Classifieds. It is only for juice, bulk wine, and grapes, but it includes the entire nation. It can be useful for out-of-state pricing and sourcing.
