Nicole holds a bachelor's degree in Community Healthy Education from The University of Scranton and a master's degree in Public Health from East Stroudsburg University. Her focus is on providing food safety educational technical support, outreach and programming.
She teaches retail and consumer food safety programs in Carbon, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Pike, Wayne, and Wyoming counties. Nicole is a certified ServSafe instructor and proctor and also teaches Cooking for Crowds: A Volunteers Guide to Safe Food Handling. She is also trained in Home Food Preservation.
