New Farmers Market Research Project
The research project is designed to help farmers increase their farmers market sales.

Penn State and Cornell Extension's new farmers market research project works with farmer vendors who use Square POS system in New York and Pennsylvania markets to analyze the vendor data and look for trends and opportunities to increase sales for the participating farms.

Basic Requirements
- Farms that sell at a NY or PA farmers market(s)
- Use the Square POS (Point Of Sale) system
- Record every customer transaction at markets in real-time, including cash sales
