About The In-Person Workshop
Mental Wellness Series: Building Resilience is part of a monthly program focused on strategies to maintain positive mental health. This session explores the concept of resilience and provides practical approaches to strengthen skills that foster growth, hope, and learning during challenging times. Participants will also enjoy a hands-on activity led by Master Gardeners, during which they will plant dahlia bulbs to take home as a symbol of personal growth and resilience. A light lunch is included.
Space is limited. Preregistration is required.
