About The Live Webinar

"Mending the Stress Fence" addresses the unique challenges of farm life by focusing on stress management, balanced well-being, and reducing the stigma around seeking mental health support. Recognizing that agriculture is among the most stressful and hazardous industries, this program highlights the many risks farmers face, from personal injuries and equipment breakdowns to unpredictable weather, livestock disease, and fluctuating crop prices. Managing these pressures affects not only the farmer but the entire family. In this one-hour webinar, farmers and family members will learn how to self-identify stress and develop strategies for managing stress to encourage optimum wellness, providing valuable tools to strengthen resilience and foster healthier farm communities.
