Managing Equine Parasite Resistance: The New Protocol
When: May 23, 2018, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Donna Foulk, Penn State Extension Equine Educator, will describe how and why we ended up with parasite anthelmintic (dewormer) resistance, the new recommendations for deworming your horse to combat resistance using fecal egg counts, and how to make them work on your farm. This presentation focuses on small strongyles.
We recommend logging in a few minutes early to make sure there aren't any technical problems. Don't forget to set a reminder!
Horse owners, farm managers
