About The Live Webinar

LIFTed is an 8-week, virtual, live, group-based strength training program designed for adults aged 40 and older. Held twice weekly for one hour, each session includes an active warm-up, eight core strength-training exercises, and a cool down. The program encourages participants to work toward personal goals in a supportive group environment and may lead to improvements in functional fitness and the ability to perform daily activities with ease. In addition to physical activity, LIFTed offers basic nutrition information with a focus on increasing fruit and vegetable intake.

LIFTed sessions are held twice a week virtually via Zoom for one hour over eight weeks and include an active warm-up, eight to twelve core strength training exercises, and a cool down. The program also includes basic nutrition information emphasizing increasing fruit and vegetable intake.

Some insurances may reimburse participants with 80% or better attendance. Please contact your insurance provider for more information.

Who is this for?

Men and women 40 years of age and older and are interested in improving their health, vitality, and well-being. Participants should be comfortable using Zoom technology and have a reliable internet connection.

You will have access to view the recording for six months from the date of the event.

In most cases, yes! If a webinar is recorded, there is no limit to how many times the recording can be viewed.
