Join us for an informative webinar on the legal issues that Pennsylvania agritourism operators must consider when diversifying their activities. During Legal Considerations for Diversification Opportunities in Agritourism, Jackie Schweichler, staff attorney with Penn State Law, will cover important legal issues specific to Pennsylvania agricultural producers and agritourism operators, such as: how to protect against liability claims, what insurance requirements an agritourism operator may face, zoning and regulatory considerations, and when to involve the PA agricultural mediation program. Additionally, she will highlight potential legal issues with various agritourism diversification opportunities, including petting zoos, zoning for camping and RV platforms, and walking trails on farm property.
