    About Me

    Kathy DiGuiseppe supervises six Nutrition Education Advisers providing research-based nutrition education to low income audiences in Berks, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, and Upper Bucks Counties. The educational programs help individuals, families, and youth with limited resources enhance their nutrition, increase their physical activity and develop life skills needed for self-sufficiency and better health. She is responsible for developing community partnerships, maintaining program integrity, and fiscal management of local program funds.

     

    Prior to joining Extension, Kathy, worked in the food service industry, staying current with food trends developed products to increase customers satisfaction, while also managing and training departmental staff.
