About the In-Person Conference
The International Leadership Alumni Conference (ILAC), themed "Rurban – Two Sides of the Pennsylvania Coin", celebrates the unique blend of Pennsylvania’s rural and urban identities. The term "Rurban," a portmanteau of "rural" and "urban," captures the spirit of this dynamic convergence—where rolling agrarian landscapes meet vibrant cityscapes rich in history and legacy. This year's conference will explore how these contrasting yet interconnected environments shape leadership, community development, and innovation across the Commonwealth. Through engaging sessions and shared experiences, attendees will gain a deeper appreciation for the diverse fabric of Pennsylvania and the leadership it inspires.
