2026 Information
Are you a 4-H or open show judge, an applicant for the Pennsylvania 4-H Judges List, youth interested in Competitive Horse Judging, a 4-H volunteer, show manager, committee member, or simply interested in learning more about Pennsylvania 4-H Horse Show Classes? If so, we invite you to join us for all or part of this two-day event dedicated to horse judging excellence.
This event offers three specialized tracks:
- Judges Track (Adults)
- Show Managers Track (Adults only)
- Youth Competitive Judging (Sunday only)
Schedule and Pricing
Judges Track
- Saturday, Feb. 7: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday, Feb. 8: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Adult Registration: $140
- Youth Registration (Both Days): $75
- Includes Saturday Judges Track & Sunday Competitive Judging
- Parent/Guardian registration required: $75
- Youth Registration (Sunday Only): $40
- Parent/Guardian registration required: $40
Show Managers Track
- Saturday, Feb. 7: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Adult Registration: $100
Youth Horse Judging Track
- Youth Registration (Sunday Only): $40
- Parent/Guardian registration required: $40
- 4-H or open show judges
- Applicants to the PA 4-H Judges List
- Senior 4-H or FFA members (ages 14–18)
- Youth interested in Competitive Horse Judging (ages 8–18) – Sunday only
- 4-H volunteers
- Show managers and committee members
- Horse Judging Team coaches
Note: Youth must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or designated chaperone.

If a workshop or conference is at maximum capacity, can I be added to a waitlist?
Some workshops and conferences offer a waitlist option when they are at maximum capacity, and some do not. When the waitlist feature is offered, and a workshop or conference is at maximum capacity, you will be taken to a waitlist form after you click on the registration link. As spots become available, we offer them "first come, first served." If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted using the information you provided.
