Tomatoes and fruits can be safely processed in a boiling water bath. Join us to learn the basic principles of canning. This workshop is presented as a demonstration and lecture.

Participants are welcome to bring a lunch and view the So Easy to Preserve DVD Series on water bath canning after the scheduled workshop. Pre-registration for the DVD viewing is not required. The run time for the film is approximately 45 minutes.

- Basics of canning tomatoes, tomato sauces, and tomato juice.*
