Supplies
- Fence Charger (6 or 12 V): Mount the Fencer on a post placed inside the fence where the on/off toggle is easy to reach without getting shocked. Test regularly to ensure 5000V minimum output.
- Gripples: Gripples provide tension on the fence lines.
- Gate handles: These are used to create an entry gate.
- 15 gauge wire: Used for the fence and a piece to join three wires together to complete the circuit.
- Sturdy corner posts with holes or insulators
- Side posts every 8 ft (approx.)
- Ground Rod (Use at least 1, or up to 3)
- Cheap bacon: The bacon is used as bait
