Creating Your Workplace Culture and Negotiating Across Diversity is a segment of the Hiring and Retention series. Attend this webinar to learn about workplace culture, negotiation, and diversity among individuals, groups, and communities.

Cultural groups teach members values, accompanying behaviors, and communication preferences. This webinar will explore the importance of establishing and fostering a healthy culture that promotes the mission and vision of the group. 

Also addressed will be how leadership styles impact culture. How to work with people with different personalities and experiences and who may come from different cultures will be discussed. 

We will examine ways to adapt temporarily to capitalize on behavioral tendencies covering topics on a) negotiation and gender, b) personality, individual abilities, and negotiation, and c) cultural differences and negotiation.

This event is offered at no charge to participants thanks to funding provided by the USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant.
