The health of the brain and the body are connected, and now, science provides insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age. Penn State Extension is partnering with the Alzheimer's Association to provide this Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body program to help people age as well as possible.
This event is being offered at no charge to participants.

This program is intended for individuals of any age who are looking for information on ways to age well. It is not designed for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
