A garden journal is a gardener's personal diary of what happens in their garden, starting with planning in January through putting the garden to bed in October. We will cover types of journals, recording information, illustrating the journal, and using the recorded information.

Participants will explore how the Northeast Pennsylvania climate makes it possible to grow sun loving produce as well perennial crops, that require cold winters, to create delicious globally inspired dishes.
