Green Goddess Dip Recipe

This creamy Green Goddess Dip combines low-fat mayonnaise and Greek yogurt with fresh herbs, garlic, and lemon for a bright, flavorful dip.

When preparing this recipe, start with clean countertops and utensils.

Wash hands with soap and water. Wash fresh produce by rinsing parsley, tarragon, and chives and gently rubbing garlic and lemon under cold, running water.

Prewashed, packaged items do not require further washing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh tarragon
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh or bottled lemon juice, or more to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until well combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving with fresh veggies.
