Free SNAP EBT Equipment Program

The program includes a smart device processing package consisting of a 1 year program fee waiver and a bluetooth reader. This program requires an Android 21+ or iOS 11+ device.

To receive the equipment, you will need to follow the MarketLink program guidelines:

1. Apply for the grant program to cover a reader, processing, and app fees.
2. Apply to get an authorized USDA SNAP FNS Number.
3. Complete an EBT Processing Application to setup your EBT/SNAP payment account.
4. Receive and Set Up Your Equipment (including Credit/Debit if you choose).
